Die Shop:
State of the art in-house Die-Shop is key to short lead times and affordable tooling for Forged products. We have completely equipped Die-shop with VMC Machine duty supported by CAD/CAM/UG Technology for die design. We also use copy Die sinking machine and electric discharge sinking facilities for ensuring prefect repeatability.
Forging Shop:
Our forging shop equipped with forging presses along-with temperature controlled eco-friendly induction heaters. We have forging presses with 400 M ton, 200 M ton and hydraulic forging press of 150 M ton with maximum die size of 300 mm. We offer a unique service in forging of a wide range of forged components from 25grms to 15kg. in any forgeable material like Brass, Bronze, Copper, Alluminium. We develop our forging technology and constantly invest in additional capacity to expand our forging unit with high capacity presses. This brings us to the need of our costumers stay on step ahead.
Our name says it all BEPL 'Your Partner in Machined Components' BEPL now boast its own on-site fully equipped machine shop with VMC's and CNC's machining / turning centres and well supported by other allied machinery. With this we have capability to carry out a range of finish machining operations to our forged parts and precision turned parts. Complex multi-side machining operations are performed in a single pass here
