1) Forging Presses: |
We have forging presses with 450 M Ton, 250 M Ton, 200 M Ton and also Hydraulic Forging Presses of 150 and 100 M Ton.
We have successfully forged brass up to 15Kg and the smallest part weighing 0.025 Kg.
We are currently looking to expand our forging unit with high capacity presses by importing best brands in forging. |

| 2) Trimming Presses: |
We have trimming presses of 15m Ton, 30M ton & 50M. These are used to trim the feathers generated after forging.
The cutting dyes for the trimming are carefully made on CNC Wire Cut to ensure the proper cutting and shaving of the products.
We may upgrade this to Rotary Transfer Machine later which shall trim, machine and deliver a full finished product. |

| 3) Shot Blasting Machines: |
| The burrs or the sharp edge remaining after the trimming is removed by this method and the product is made smooth from outside. Special Care is taken to ensure that the dimension is not disturbed and remains within the specified tolerances. |

| 4) Stress Relieving: |
During forging a reasonable amount of stress is developed in the part which further creates crack on the surface of the part. Proper Stress relieving ensures that such cracks are removed and the product is safe for the applications. When a product is used in any gas or cryogenic applications, this process is a must and should not be avoided. We therefore ensure the application of the products from our customer to make sure that all the process needed are conducted during the production. We are upgrading this facility with time- temperature graphical record and also with inert gas facilities. |
