Family-run since 2007, engineered for OEMs worldwide.
Brasstech Engineering Pvt. Ltd. manufactures precision brass rods, forged blanks, and CNC machined components from a single-site facility in Dared GIDC, Jamnagar. We ship to OEMs and distributors across 40+ countries — and we still answer the phone ourselves.
A workshop in 2007. A 40-country supplier today.
Brasstech Engineering Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 2007 in Dared GIDC, Jamnagar — the heart of India's brass industry — by a family of engineers who believed precision brass parts didn't have to come at European prices to meet European standards.
We started with a small turning shop and a single customer. Today, five brothers run the company across operations, quality, sales, sourcing, and finance — and a hundred-plus team produces brass rods, forged blanks, and CNC machined components for plumbing, HVAC, gas distribution, electrical, automotive, and fuel-dispensing OEMs across more than forty countries.
The discipline that took us here is the same one we run on today: keep the loop short, measure everything that matters, and never ship a part you wouldn't use yourself.

To be the most reliable source of precision brass components for OEMs who can't afford a bad lot.
We exist to take the risk out of overseas sourcing — by engineering parts that arrive within spec, on time, lot after lot. We build the controls our customers would build themselves if they ran our factory.
A Jamnagar manufacturer that wins on quality data, not on price.
We want Brasstech to be the name a sourcing engineer in Stuttgart, Houston, or Milan thinks of when the part has to be right — not the one they think of when the budget is tight.
Seventeen years of compounding capability.
Every milestone below is a piece of capital, a process, or a certification that's still on the floor today — nothing here is decorative.
- Milestone 012007
Founded in Jamnagar
Brasstech Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is incorporated in Dared GIDC, Jamnagar — India's brass manufacturing capital — by the founding family with a single-shift turning workshop.
- Milestone 022011
CNC expansion
First fleet of multi-axis CNC turning centers commissioned, enabling tighter tolerances and a transition from job-shop to OEM-grade production.
- Milestone 032015
ISO 9001 certified
Formal Quality Management System implemented across production, inspection, and dispatch. Document-controlled SOPs go live.
- Milestone 042018
Sliding-head & VMC
Swiss-type sliding-head lathes and VMC machining cells added for high-volume, low-deviation small-part production. First export orders shipped.
- Milestone 052021
IATF 16949 readiness
Automotive-grade PPAP, FMEA, and SPC controls implemented. Traceability extended from raw brass heat number through to finished lot.
- Milestone 062024
Lights-out production
Bar feeders, in-process probing, and 24/7 unmanned shifts enable consistent supply for fuel-dispensing, EV, and HVAC programs across 40+ countries.
One floor, one team, sixty metres end-to-end.
Our facility at Plot 3080-3081, Phase-3, Dared GIDC sits on a single integrated floor — extrusion, forging, machining, secondary operations, inspection, and dispatch all within sixty metres of each other. That's deliberate. Short loops mean fast first-offs, faster corrections, and tight ownership of quality.

Four principles that haven't changed since 2007.
Family-run discipline
Five brothers, one floor. Decisions are made on the shop floor, not in a boardroom — which keeps quality, delivery, and customer response personal.
Quality is non-negotiable
Every lot is traceable from raw heat to finished part. We reject parts internally before a customer ever has to, and we publish the data to back it up.
Continuous investment
Profit is reinvested into machines, metrology, and people. Our capability set grows every year, not every decade.
Long-term partnerships
We onboard customers, not transactions. The OEMs we ship to today were our customers five and ten years ago — and that's the model we keep.

If the part can't be measured, we don't ship it.
Quality at Brasstech isn't a department — it's the way the floor runs. Every customer drawing is reviewed by production and quality jointly before the first chip is cut. Every lot carries a heat-number-to-finished-part traceability record. Every dispatch is held until inspection signs off.
Automotive QMS — PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA controls
Quality Management — full document control
Environmental Management — verified at our site
Occupational Health & Safety — implemented site-wide
Pressure Equipment Directive — for EU pressure parts
Heat-number → lot → dispatch, fully recorded
Build the process. The parts follow.
Good parts come from good processes — not from inspection catching bad ones. Our floor is built around that idea. We invest first in the way work moves, then in the machines that do it.
- 01
Engineer the part, not the order — every component is reviewed for manufacturability before it enters the schedule.
- 02
Measure everything that matters — CMM, profile projector, hardness, and surface-finish data flow into a single traceability record.
- 03
Automate the repeatable, supervise the critical — lights-out for volume, attended for first-offs and AQL inspection.
- 04
Keep the loop short — production, quality, and dispatch all sit within 60 metres of each other on a single floor.
Five brothers. One floor. Clear ownership.
At Brasstech, ownership of every function sits with a member of the founding family. There's no committee between an inquiry and an answer.
