Brasstech produces hot-extruded brass rods to ASTM, DIN, IS, and EN specifications. Our rods are the upstream feedstock for our own CNC turning, sliding-head, and forging operations — which means we ship rod that runs cleanly on automatic machines, not rod that merely passes incoming inspection.

Machinable, lot after lot
Our extrusion is qualified against the way the rod runs on a sliding-head lathe — not against a single tensile test. Chip control, surface finish, and dimensional consistency are dialled in for unattended production.
DZR and low-lead options
CW602N and CW724R rods available for drinking-water, EU, and California Proposition 65 applications.
Full mill certification
EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates supplied with every lot, including chemistry, mechanical properties, and heat number.
Cut-to-length service
Rod cut, deburred, and packed to your machine bar-feeder requirements — saving setup time at your end.

- Can you supply lead-free / DZR brass rods?
- Yes. CW602N (low-lead) and CW724R (DZR / lead-free silicon brass) are stocked alloys. We supply with EN 10204 3.1 certification on request.
- What is the maximum rod length you can supply?
- Standard length is 3 metres. We can supply 2 m and 4 m lengths and cut-to-length stock as short as 50 mm with end chamfer.
- Do you supply hex and custom profiles?
- Yes. Round, hex, and square profiles are standard. Custom profiles are produced against drawing with a one-time tooling charge.
