CNC Turned Components

CNC turning is what we built the company on. We run 40+ CNC turning centers and 20+ Swiss-type sliding-head lathes producing brass components from 3 mm to 65 mm diameter, with tight tolerances and full traceability. Production is lights-out where it can be, attended where it must be.

Why this product, from us

Engineered controls, not generic specs.

01

40+ CNC + 20+ sliding-head

A genuinely deep machining fleet means we can absorb large programs without bottlenecking, and we can run small high-mix orders without disrupting volume lines.

02

Lights-out production

Bar feeders, in-process probing, and SPC trends let us run unattended overnight on validated programs — with no compromise on AQL.

03

PPAP-grade documentation

For automotive and regulated industries we submit complete PPAP packages including PSW, control plan, FMEA, MSA, and capability studies.

04

Plating partners on-site

Long-standing local plating partners deliver nickel, chrome, tin, and zinc finishes within 2–3 days of machining.

Buyer FAQs

What tolerances can you hold?
Routine production runs ±0.02 mm; tighter ±0.01 mm tolerances are held on validated programs with in-process probing and SPC.
Do you do PPAP submissions?
Yes — PPAP Level 1 through 4, including PSW, FMEA, control plan, MSA, and Cp/Cpk studies.
What is your typical MOQ?
For CNC turned brass parts, MOQ typically starts at 1,000–5,000 pieces depending on size and complexity. Prototype quantities are supported for serious programs.
