Brass Forged Components

Our brass forging operation produces hot-forged blanks and near-net-shape components from 50 g to 1.5 kg. Closed-die forging with controlled grain flow gives us superior strength, leak-tightness, and material yield — and the parts then move directly into our machining cells for finishing.

Why this product, from us

Engineered controls, not generic specs.

01

Closed-die forging

Controlled grain flow gives parts higher strength, better fatigue performance, and reliable leak-tightness compared with bar-machined equivalents.

02

Near-net-shape

Forged blanks reduce downstream machining time and material loss, which lowers landed cost on high-volume programs.

03

Forge + machine, one site

Forging, trimming, and CNC machining live under one roof, which eliminates two logistics handoffs and shortens lead times by weeks.

04

PED-aware

Pressure-bearing brass forgings can be supplied under our PED framework for EU pressure-equipment customers.

Buyer FAQs

Do you make the forging dies in-house?
We design dies in-house and have them produced with a long-standing tooling partner in Jamnagar. Lead time for new dies is typically 3–5 weeks.
Can you forge low-lead or DZR alloys?
Yes. CW724R (DZR / lead-free silicon brass) is forged routinely for drinking-water plumbing applications.
